Crunchy Chocolate Bars

I made these in attempt to recreate a healthier version of traditional Halloween candy. These crunchy chocolate bars are a great treat to serve to friends and family or even keep for yourself.

Ingredients:

1 cup dark chocolate chips (enjoy life is vegan) 1 package of coconut oil 1 cup brown rice cereal (one degree organics is vegan and gluten free)

Directions:

1. melt 1 cup chocolate chips in a microwave safe glass bowl for one minute

2. add in package of coconut oil and re-microwave for 15 seconds

3. combine 1 cup cereal with the melted chocolate

4. mix and pour into a mold

5. freeze for a minimum of 1 hour

  3. 1 cup one degree organics brown rice cacao crisps

Instructions

  1. 1. melt 1 cup chocolate chips in a microwave safe glass bowl for one minute

  2. 2. add in package of coconut oil and re-microwave for 15 seconds

  3. 3. combine 1 cup cacao crisps

  4. 4. mix and pour into a mold

  5. 5. freeze for a minimum of 1 hour
