Mint Chocolate Smoothie

You don't taste the avocado. Trust me, it just adds creaminess without the guacamole flavor. This smoothie with the vanilla collagen powder is so delicious especially with mint flavor. It's like a york peppermint patty in a smoothie form.

Ingredients:

1 Frozen Banana

1/2 Avocado

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

2 Scoops Vanilla flavored Collagen protein powder

1 Medjool Date

2/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

3 Fresh Mint Leaves (finely chopped)


Directions

1. Add the almond milk first so that your other ingredients don't stick to the blender

2. Then add the frozen banana and remaining ingredients

3. Blend for at least one minute and let it sit in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes to thicken up, then enjoy!
