Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I love starting the morning with a smoothie after a great workout. It makes me feel my healthiest self as cheesy as that may sound.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen berries

2 scoops vanilla collagen

1 frozen banana

1 cup full fat plain yogurt

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

I like to add a handful of granola on top for crunch!
