Plantain Chips with Almond Butter

dairy & gluten free, paleo & vegan

yield: one large, green plantain

cook time: 15 minutes

ingredients:

1 large green plantain

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. almond butter

directions:

1.line a baking tray with parchment paper

2.thinly slice your plantain

3.dip each plantain coin in olive oil

4.place each coin onto the parchment-lined baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt

5.bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees

6.drizzle almond butter over the chips and enjoy every bite!

*tip: spray parchment paper with cooking spray to prevent sticking*
