Trail Mix Energy Balls







Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup dark chocolate almonds

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/4 cup sunflower kernels

1/2 cup raisins

7 dried plums

2 tbsp coffee

1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt


combine all ingredients together & form into balls, place on parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour, then enjoy
